المحاكمة هتكون في محكمة الجلاء جنح الخليفة صباح السبت 31 يوليو – نرجو التضامن والحضور

وكانت محكمة جنح الخليفة قد قررت في جلستها السابقة يوم 17يوليو الجاري، تأجيل الجلسة للسبت القادم 31 يوليو لسماع الشهود والمرافعة وإصدار الحكم في هذه القضية وفى ذات اليوم، التي، ومن شدة غرابتها قام بالتحقيق فيها ثلاث نيابات مختلفة هي نيابة شمال القاهرة، نيابة الخليفة، نيابة استئناف القاهرة) وأبدت نيابة استئناف القاهرة – وهي النيابة الأخيرة التي باشرتها – رأيها بتحويل القضية للمحكمة بتهمة السب والقذف، واستبعدت بذلك التهم في مذكرة نيابة الخليفة

In Saturday 31st July the court going to announce its verdict in the Egyptian activists trial ‘ Gamal Eid, Ahmed Sef and Amr Gharbeya“

The trial will take a place in elgalaa’ court in the morning of Saturday 31st July, solidarity and attendance is appreciated.

In its previous session dated 17^th of July 2010 the court had postponed the case to the 31^st of July 2010 to hear the witnesses and the defense as well as make its decision on the same day.  It is to be noted that, contrary to the usual, this case has been processed by three different prosecutions: The north Cairo prosecution, the Khalifeh prosecution and the Cairo appeal prosecution.

“Closing The Gap” project consisted of three phases which took place in a partnership between The Egyptian Life Center for Creativity and Culture jointly with the American Freedom House organization. Its primary phase included an intensive workshop that took place in July 2009. The goal of the workshop was to define the Egyptian context of social marketing, prior social issues that society needs to address through media, along with writing the ideas and storyboards of the ads. Bikya Masr group blog reported:

” the release of all detainees by force of law ” Fathy soro said in his last staements after the few changes in the state of emergency … ” Soror’s statements is not really true ! ” law experts said !

In Egypt we have emergny states laws from 29 years ago and it’s last renew was few days ago ! ” we won’t use this law expt the drugs dealing and terrorism cases ” the prime minester nazef were saying this words in every renew as ” only Political commitment ” ..but, last time sitation been a little bit different after the cancellation  of all itemes excpt the ones of the drugs dealing and torrist ” this time officially ” !

in last times Nazef was a LIAR in his ” Political commitment ” because of the emergency state been used in diffrtent events that WAS NOT  a drugs dealing or a terrorism cases  ..look  here and here !

is he gonna be the same liar this time bardo ? or should he think in the problem of releasing all  Detainees ! ? .. ha ?

Mr. Prime minester .. what about Tarek Khedr, Mosaad abofagr, Ahmed Doma and unknow numbers of  detainees ” without trials  in all the Egyptian Prisons .. what about the state of law ? … ha?
